Questions we get a lot.

Yes — Solo and Studio both come with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout but you won't be charged until day 7. Cancel anytime before then and you won't pay a thing. During your trial you get full Studio-level access so you can explore everything before you commit.

When your event date passes, the platform will prompt you to archive it. Archived events are read-only — you can view everything and duplicate the event to use as a starting point for your next one. You can only have one active event at a time on Solo.

Yes — you can upgrade at any time and your billing will be prorated. You can downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.

Agency plan users can replace all Stagewise branding with their own — including logo, fonts, and colors. All Stagewise references are removed from the platform. Note: the platform cannot be resold or used as a client-facing tool.

Yes — paying annually saves you $99 on Solo, $299 on Studio, and $600 on Agency compared to monthly billing.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced — contact us for details.
